ACCOUNTANT

Who will be responsible for everything within finance and accounting for two Danish Companies

Job description:
Your position will be very independent and you will be responsible for everything within finance and accounting for Kiranto Foods and Eurogum A/S.

You will work closely with the two Managers in the companies, but your reference will be Seppo Hynnä (CFO) from the parent company in Finland.

You will be working with a wide range of tasks ranging from various reconciliations, accounts payable and receivables, bookkeeping, VAT, cash management, salaries, etc. You make month-ends on time and ensure that all material is ready for the auditor when the financial statements are to be prepared.

As you will be the only one working with bookkeeping you will be responsible for planning your own work in order to ensure that the various tasks are solved correctly and within deadlines.

The Responsibles in the 2 companies naturally have individual wishes for different tasks that they want you to handle in addition to the bookkeeping. It could be the calculation of commissions and commissions to third parties, travel expenses, handling of invoices etc.

You are expected to be open minded and take part in the daily tasks.

Since you will be responsible for bookkeeping for companies, that are physically located in different cities in the metropolitan area, the idea is that you divide your time equally between the companies and the opportunity to work from home one day per week.

Work experience:
You have at least 3-5 years of work experience from a similar position where you have been responsible for all the accounting tasks of one or more Companies.

If you have experience from a producing company and/or with project accounting that is an advantage.

Education:
We are very open to different educational backgrounds.

Language & IT skills:
You master Danish and English spoken and written.

You are an experienced and skilled user of IT- and ERP-systems.

If you have knowledge of IFS ERP, Visma or e-conomic it will be a great advantage.
