My name is Thomas Laust Nørregaard and I’m the hiring manager for this position. Do you want to join my team and be part of Ateas journey where we merge our business activities in 5 countries into one Nordic unit and where you will play a key role in the strategic tasks of the coming years?

Then here is a unique opportunity for you to get right in front of our transformation and gain unique experience in bringing Atea Managed Services (AMS) together into the Nordics' largest IT service provider. With an investment budget of 1 billion NOK and over 400 different suppliers, we work hard to optimize our operating costs by consolidating and simplifying purchases and investments across all countries. We translate knowledge and data into financial initiatives, that can be approved by our executive management team, and which will improve Atea AMS's profitability. This is achieved by optimizing and consolidating our supplier portfolio, but also to a large extent, by defining and implementing new guidelines and processes within how we manage our investments cross all business units.

In the Investment & Supplier management team, we have a large degree of professional freedom and you will work closely with some of the market's most skilled competences within, Vendor-, Contract-, Investment-, & License management, Negotiation and our colleagues in Group finance. An important responsibility for you will be to collect relevant knowledge and data to be translated into specific savings initiatives that we want to initiate. You will have a key responsibility in helping your colleagues getting data structured and ready for presentation. You will be leading some of these initiatives which require coordination across countries and cultures.

Your primary tasks

• Preparation of business- and investment cases
• Financial modelling and projection of investments
• Implementation & optimization of financial processes
• Support our Capex & OPEX forecast process
• Gather and evaluate financial and market data
• Analysis of data to identify opportunities for savings on product consumption (COGS)
• Project management of various initiatives and follow-up on the department's goals
  

Is this You?

• Detail oriented, highly organized with analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with experience with Qlik-Sense or Power BI.
• A team player with a ”Pippi long stocking” mindset of curiosity in challenges you have never solved before.
• No matter how skilled you are, you are willing to receive constructive feedback and see this as a way of personal development.
• You have the capability to drive tasks yourself but also call for help when it benefits your progress.
• You thrive in a dynamic, changing environment where we don't have all the answers yet and change priorities with short notice.
