Business Controller to [xxxxx]

About the position

You will be responsible for monthly sales and profit analysis, market- and macroeconomics analysis, financial planning and forecasting. To assist decision-making that creates sales growth and provides profitability, you will work with investment evaluations, internal and external benchmarking as well as business development projects, both on a regular basis and in projects.

Since you will work with colleagues in different parts of the Nordic region, you need to be fluent in English.

Examples of tasks:

• Monthly closing analysis and presentation
• Relevant work experience, preferably from an international environment
• Financial planning & forecasting
• Investment evaluations/follow up
• Monthly follow-up meetings with business units
• Deliver high-quality management information and analysis to support business unit leaders in decision-making
• Lead and drive financial analysis improvement projects
• Drive and/or be part of Business development projects
• Market- and macroeconomic analysis
• Developing, reporting, and KPI dashboards

The position is based in Aarhus, Denmark and you will report to Strategy & Business Control Director located in Norway.

• You have a Master’s degree or other relevant education.
• You have good experience in accounting as a Business Controller or from a similar role with relevant duties.
• You are well organized with attention to details but without losing focus of the big picture and you understand to meet deadlines.
• You like to work with data and development of processes and systems.
• Experience from SAP will be considered as a plus but it’s not mandatory.
