The team consists of two planners who align courier staffing with demand, while our demand planner ensures accurate order forecasting and courier distribution. Working hand in hand with our business planner, we optimise resources and strategies to ensure daily success and growth. You will report to our Supervisor Forecast & Planning.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is ready to embark on this exciting journey and make a difference for our many customers in Denmark. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying patterns as well as trends through valid data and who loves to deep dive in data when asked to come up with the root cause for a specific issue. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure operational efficiency as well as optimise the customer experience by analysing the data and identifying trends. In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with the team to develop, refine, and implement analytics tools.
• Assist in the collection, cleaning, preparation of data for analysis.
• Conduct preliminary data analysis and present findings to senior team members.
• Craft slide decks for departmental and executive presentations.
• Provide assistance on various ad hoc tasks and projects within the Analytics department.
• Process optimization and documentation

What do we expect?

• You have properly just finished your bachelor's or master's program related to Business, IT, Economics, Engineering, Data Science or similar
• Have good analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• Experience working with data in spreadsheets (e.g. Google sheets, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• A proactive mindset
• Understanding of data warehousing (we use Google BigQuery) is a plus, but not a requirement
• Passion for technology and the food delivery industry.
