Working out of our office in Aarhus, you will play a key role in ensuring the solid economic foundation required for delivering software solutions that make a real difference to leading companies within pharmaceuticals, industrial manufacturing and more.
As the finance function has been handled by an external partner until now, you will be our first ever in-house Accountant. As our new Accountant you will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping. You will be working closely with the Finance & Accounting Manager.
CIM is owned by the Swedish listed company XANO Industri AB, so most of the reporting is done in collaboration with our parent company.
On day-to-day basis, you will be working in compliance with the accounting standards and the group’s business rules on following tasks:
The position will be 25-32 hours/week, but with the possibility of a full-time position as the company grows.
We are looking for an adaptable, flexible team player who is comfortable multi-tasking responsibilities while being sufficiently detail-oriented to secure high quality.

About the job

- General bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Reconciliations including all bank reconciliations
- Preparation of payrolls in Danløn
- Bank reconciliation, payroll reconciliation
- Monthly invoicing towards clients
- VAT reporting and reconciliation.
- Participation in the works of monthly and annual closing according to the closing deadlines
- Various sales task including writing quotes to customers
- Various administrative, office, and ad hoc tasks

About you

- have some experience in accounting and bookkeeping from a similar position
- have an educational background in finance, accounting or business administration
- speak and write English at a professional level

- are able to navigate in a changing environment and prioritize your tasks accordingly, always making sure to meet the deadlines
- have a positive mindset
