Senior Business Controller, Supply Chain DK

A bit about your new role:
As a Senior Business Controller Supply Chain, you will play a vital role in assisting our Supply Chain Management team in improving performance and making well-informed decisions. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Controlling, you will support the business by preparing budgets, setting standard costs for all DK-produced products, and delivering high-quality estimates and operational and financial follow-up reporting.
You will also play a pivotal role in developing our new platform for Supply Chain reporting that will support our growth journey by strengthening our production footprint in Denmark.
You will be a trusted partner, working closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and provide insightful solutions. Your excellent analytical skills will help identify optimization opportunities, such as business cases for investment projects and product calculations for new product launches.

A bit about your new role:
As a Senior Business Controller Supply Chain, you will play a vital role in assisting our Supply Chain Management team in improving performance and making well-informed decisions. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Controlling, you will support the business by preparing budgets, setting standard costs for all DK-produced products, and delivering high-quality estimates and operational and financial follow-up reporting.

Your main tasks will be:
- Business Controlling: Perform continuous business controlling activities to support management in achieving performance targets.
- Production Reporting: Develop a new platform to support future growth for our production & supply chain operations in Denmark.
- Monthly Financial Closing & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing of the books and management reports, with detailed analysis of variances to budget and the previous year.
- Financial Control: Oversee actual figures to ensure compliance with Royal Unibrew accounting standards, both in profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Cost Management: Monitor standard cost deviations and provide relevant reporting to maintain financial accuracy.
- Estimate & Budget Management: Lead the estimate and budget process for Production, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
- Standard Cost Budgeting: Develop and manage the budget for standard costs in Denmark.

- Analytical mastermind with the ability to create insights from complex data.
- Proficient in systems like SAP, SAP BW 4 HANA, SQL, and Power BI.
- MS Office super user, especially Excel.
- Experience with production controlling and standard cost/variance analysis.
- Strong business partner skills, including relationship building and effective communication and presentation.
- Skilled in reporting design and cooperation with Power BI experts.
- Understanding of data transformation from source systems to reporting systems.
- Willingness and ability to automate controlling processes.
