On behalf of our customer, we are looking for an experienced accounting and finance professional to undertake all aspects of the daily and monthly financial operations.
Our customer is experiencing continuous growth, and therefore the assignment will also include future development of the finance area. You will be working at their office in Vedbæk and will be in contact with your colleagues in Canada on a regular basis. This position is a full-time position, and it is fundamental that you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment since the company is a solutions-oriented company, where innovative thinking combined with a high degree of structure is important.
•Complete full-cycle accounting and financial reporting services
•Preparation of consolidated and non-consolidated monthly and annual financial statements
•Reviewing cash disbursements processing, including bank and other account reconciliations
•Assisting in the development of budgets and cash flow forecasts, ensuring that budget activities align with cash flow expectations and long-term financial plans
•Administration and control of project accounting, this includes reconciling project accounting to general ledger, producing accurate and timely reports, analyzing project costs versus budgets and documenting variances
•Ensuring local compliance with corporate internal control framework, making sure processes and control systems are well documented and are being implemented properly
•Supporting compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements and liaison with tax and other government authorities
•Other duties as assigned
You have thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and are a solution-driven profile. As a person, you are open and have a communicative personality; you are a team player with a high level of engagement and flexibility.
You have the ability to work both independently, with little supervision, and within a team environment. You have strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask and understand the big picture. You can also demonstrate the ability to be adaptable and take initiative.
It is of high importance, that your curiosity, flexibility and creativity remain intact, that you have the ability to work in a structured manner, have an open mind and a willingness to travel and learn.
•3 years of professional experience within an international company
•University degree in business administration or comparable education
•Knowledge of project accounting and the implementation of new systems
•Good analytical skills
•High proficiency in Excel
•Fluent Danish and English in writing and orally
•Experience with Sage Quantum or similar will be a plus

Responsibilities
