Your areas of responsibility
The finance function in Omada has an ambitious plan for the forthcoming years where systems, processes, and skills are continuously improved. You will play an active role in continuing this development and take an operational role in our accounting team. In Omada you will have a broad role with many different challenges regarding finance, and as you develop yourself, your role and responsibilities will expand.
Example of task in the Finance department, where you will participate:
Omada has earlier this year implemented a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Business Central) – and as accounting team, you are playing a key role in the continuous improvement of the system and processes.
The position reports to the Finance Director and you will work closely together in coordinating the daily work.

Our current finance system landscape includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Business Central (former Navision), Concur (expense management), Dataløn, Microsoft PowerBI, Continia Document Capture and knowledge about some of these systems will be a clear advantage.
Your qualifications and experience
You have solid accounting experience and a finance degree, e.g. HD(R) or cand.merc.aud, cand.merc.fir or similar. Hence, your financial toolbox is in place. You have an in-depth understanding of using MS Office, explicitly Excel and other related programs on super-user level.
Your personality is equally important. You have a good sense of humor and a positive approach. Further, you should thrive in a changeable environment, where you will need to help establish and optimize new processes, while at the same time delivering on the specific tasks. The position offers exciting opportunities to develop yourself on a professional level and take you to the next step in your career.
Finally, as part of an international business you should have good English skills.

- Take operational part in the accountant team and coordinate the accounting tasks in Omada
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, monthly and annual financial reports
- Participate in preparation of supporting documentation for external filings and audits
- Drive process improvements and promoting good accounting practices
