Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.</p><p><strong>You will join our IT Architecture & Technology Governance department in Global IT</strong></p><p>As our new Business Analyst, you will play a global strategic role delivering new IT solutions offered to Ramboll’s global business units. Your work will help improve and grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be part of a small but growing team working out of the headquarters in Copenhagen. We have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction. The IT Architecture department consists of Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Business Analysts.</p><p>Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Managing stakeholders and their expectations, advising them on the right solutions in correspondence with the business strategic objectives and technology strategy</li><li>Collaborating closely with IT Business Partners, Market Digital Directors, Country Directors and Support Function Directors to understand their needs, goals and challenges as input for project definitions, prioritisation and roadmap creation.</li><li>Taking the lead in the initial analysis and design phases of global projects</li><li>Gathering and documenting business requirements in global projects, translating stakeholder needs into specifications, user journeys and detailed work tasks</li><li>Creating project briefs (including scope, risks, dependencies and cost estimation for the detailed design phase as well as business case development and handover to PM)</li><li>Taking an active part in vendor selections, leading workshops and interviews</li><li>Working closely with solution architects when aligning with IT security, project managers and other IT departments to ensure compliance to IT governance</li><li>Validating solutions through technical test plans and through facilitation of UAT workshops with end users</li><li>Supporting the full IT project lifecycle: From project initiation to delivery</li><li>Contributing to our IT strategy, underlying strategic initiatives and roadmap</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant growth</strong></p><p>From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
