Payroll accountant for innovative green tech solutions
Are you motivated by taking on the responsibility for payroll administration in a company working to make green tech part of our lives? Do you enjoy helping colleagues with questions about everything from pension to time recording? Are you structured with an eye for detail – and still able to keep an overview? Then you might be our new payroll accountant at Green Hydrogen Systems.
Your job will be versatile with a wide range of different tasks within payroll administration, accounting, and economy. Your primary focus will be payroll administration of app. 250 employees, and you will be responsible for succeeding with the task. You will be part of a team with +20 employees, where we value professionalism, cooperation, and the ability to meet deadlines. We have great team spirit and help each other in a busy and dynamic environment, where the atmosphere is positive, and we have a good sense of humor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring monthly processing of payroll for both monthly and hourly contracted employees
- Follow up and controlling time recordings
- Bookkeeping and reconciliation of payroll
- Applications for reimbursement
- Answering payroll related questions from employees and management
- General economy tasks in the areas of creditor, debtor, and reconciliation
You master the payroll function and have a structured way of working
We imagine that you have a few years’ experience with payroll administration. You have a sharp eye for detail, a structured way of working and you can easily navigate in your different tasks. You take pride in always keeping deadlines, to ensure that every task is finished in due time.
The ideal candidate masters the payroll function and would like to contribute to further development in the field. You also carry an interest in the economy function since this is where part of your tasks will be located. You see the bigger picture and understand the processes, and you like working across the entire organization, especially with HR. You have a positive mindset and a friendly behavior towards your colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you can check these boxes:
- A few years’ experience with payroll administration: You might even have experience with official contractual agreements and local agreements - however this is not a must.
- Good understanding of IT and experience with time recording systems: We use ProMark for time recording for hourly contracted employees. Payroll is conducted in Dataløn and SAP by Design is our ERP system – so it’s a plus if you are familiar with these or similar systems.
- Structured and detail oriented: You can work in a dynamic environment, and you enjoy adding structure and creating a good overview.
- Economic education: Your educational background can be diverse – the most important thing is, that you have a high degree of professionalism and knowledge of the field.
Green Hydrogen Systems is a very international organization. Therefore, you must master Danish and English at a professional level.
