We are searching for a Business Analyst (supporter role)

This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde and you will join our Mortgage Foundation.

In Mortgage Foundation we handle the support of our Mortgage solution. We have a close cooperation with our customers and aim to give them the right support, so that they can utilize our solutions in the best way.

Even though you will be placed in Mortgage Foundation, you will work across the 4 Mortgage teams. You will be the first contact that our customers have, when they encounter issues in the Mortgage solution.   

Mortgage solution for [xxxxx]’s banks is used on Totalkredit’s new Mortgage Universe and provides a first-class solution for bank advisors when handling mortgage solutions for customers. 

Mortgage Foundation is a foundation team and we work together with the 3 other feature teams. The team is responsible for the system and stable operation. The feature teams are responsible for developing the future mortgage solution for [xxxxx]’s banks.  

Your role will be to handle daily support of our Customers in Service Now, you will handle this with our skilled colleagues in the team. The cases that we handle is sent in by the Mortgage SPOC’s on our customers side, that means that you have to have a debt knowledge about Mortgage and a customer centric mindset.

Our BA/supporter is expected to be able to participate in meeting with our customers regarding daily maintenance. The person that we are looking for is to be part of our support. The support has opening hours from 9:00-16:00, therefore a coordination regarding working hours is to be expected.

At [xxxxx], we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Anne Melsing.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

  • Support to our customers in ServiceNow


  • Reporting on support


  • Optimizing the support process


  • Creating tasks for your development teams based on the errors received from our customers


  • Writing Operational information’s

  • Have a comprehensive knowledge about Danish Mortgage
