The Job
You will be part of our Finance department on 10 people, who handles tasks for DEIFs headquarter in Skive and several of our subsidiaries. Your primary task will be to handle salary for the Employees in Denmark in the system ‘Epos Løn’ (Azets) and other salary and HR related tasks. Furthermore, you will participate in other tasks like travel expenses, creditor, debit and similar.
Your tasks will primarily consist of:
The Person
You have experience from a similar position as an accountant and you know the current legislation for the salary area. You are structured, service minded and you contribute positively to the working environment. You are an experienced user of Excel and experienced within some of the best-known salary systems, preferably Epos Løn.
You are focused on your tasks and you take responsibility for executing them within the given time frame and in the right quality. Moreover, you focus on you colleagues and offer your assistance when needed.

The Job
You will be part of our Finance department on 10 people, who handles tasks for DEIFs headquarter in Skive and several of our subsidiaries. Your primary task will be to handle salary for the Employees in Denmark in the system ‘Epos Løn’ (Azets) and other salary and HR related tasks. Furthermore, you will participate in other tasks like travel expenses, creditor, debit and similar.
Your tasks will primarily consist of:
- Handling salary for 350 Danish employees (salaried employees, hourly workers and service technicians)
- Reconciliation and reporting of reimbursement in connection to maternity/paternity leave, sickness, attending courses etc.
- Assist employees with questions regarding salary
- Coordination with the HR department
- Accounting of financial statements including reconciliation of balance sheet items
