You will be working within an international R&D organization delivering the most advanced technologies and with colleagues that support you professionally to be at your best.
As a Business Analyst, Audiologist you will join the Software Solutions organization within R&D, working from sites in Denmark and Poland.
Welcome to the team
You will be an essential member of an agile development team working with the SAFe methodology. The team consist of a mix of competences such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Designer, Developers, and Test Developers, with whom you plan and facilitate the development process.
You will contribute to the new development and maintenance of our different software solutions with your in-depth audiology knowledge and know-how of the fitting process.
Your main tasks will be to:
The position involves working with multiple stakeholders, both groups and people across the R&D organization.
What does it take?
We imagine that you hold a relevant educational background such as a degree within Audiology and have some years of experience working with fitting hearing instruments, where you likely have been using fitting software from different manufacturers.
We offer a position with a broad interface with many stakeholders leaving you with the opportunity to communicate broadly and establish a large network. You should therefore show good cooperation and communication skills with focus on reaching conclusions.
To succeed in this position, you are pragmatic, structured and capable of planning your own tasks and as you will be working with multiple cross-functional projects.
We expect you to be able to easily establish a high-level understanding of needs and challenges within an area. As a person, you would describe yourself as someone positive, able to take decisions, engaging and informing others when needed.
You should expect about 5-10 days per year of travelling.
You must be fluent in English both written and spoken, as it is our company language.

- Identify, collect, analyze, and refine requirements on an incremental basis in collaboration with the agile team and multiple stakeholders
- Provide expertise within audiology and acoustics to the software development process
- Explore customer needs and preferences in collaboration with PO, Product Designer, and UX Researcher (formative tests)
- Effectively communicate insights and results to agile team members and other stakeholders
- Identify and write use cases to support decisions about scope for a feature
- Create user flow diagrams in collaboration with Product Designer
- Look into competitors’ solutions to understand what the market offers
- Document requirements according to company standards (DOORS)
