We now offer a unique career opportunity to become our new Business Analyst. In this role, you will create world class reporting for our Retail business. You will work in close collaboration with local and global retail companies, where you will assess, review, improve and inspire local practices. You will support the retail companies to realize their full potential and you will play a leading role in providing actionable commercial recommendations - both for local and global management.
You will also function as a key user for our reporting system and collaborate with different countries by delivering training and support, facilitating their progress in data-centric strategies, while gathering feedback to strengthen global practices and address issues concerning data-informed decisions.
You will become a small, committed team within ’s retail department, located at our headquarter in Smørum, Denmark. You will work closely with Hearing Care senior leadership, providing essential support and insights. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for business optimization and improvement, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Retail IT and our global offices.
Daily, you will engage in strategic discussions to assist our offices worldwide in their decision-making processes. Achieving in this role comes from fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and empowering others to achieve their best.
To succeed in this role, you come with a master’s in business, finance, IT or similar and either straight out of school with relevant student work or have 1-2 years of work experience as Business Analyst or Consultant. You have been working a lot with Excel and familiarity with Power Pivots, Power Query, PowerBi, Looker or other Data analytics platform is beneficial.

Your Role as a Business Analyst
