The position is part of the Commercial Technology team in the International Sales organisation in [xxxxx] Hearing Aids business. The team is an integral part of the commercial area and reporting directly into the leadership of International Sales. The team consists of 7 skilled colleagues – each either owns or supports one of the 4 crucial digital product areas which are Sales, Marketing, Order to Cash, and Customer Service. Our technical platform is Salesforce, and our products are being used by hundreds of colleagues.

The commercial growth of the company depends on those digital products and their associated processes to be designed, configured, and optimized, and rolled out to the many sales companies across the globe. Therefore, by the nature of the responsibility, the team interacts directly with key stakeholders in many countries and aims to continuously support and improve efficiency with strong digital deliverables.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide business insights and analysis to help [xxxxx] Wholesale, located in our International Sales organisation. You will be transforming our customer service organisation towards a more modern dynamic setup. In this role, you will also support and advise our leadership in customer services by identifying new opportunities and applying the best practices. Additionally, you will provide support to the project team by preparing them for meetings, and we will have opportunities to work directly with management in International Sales to take the project forward.

To sum up, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
  • Support process owner to develop processes to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
  • Consult with key stakeholders to determine business priorities and success factors
  • Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources including productivity data, performance data and customer feedback data
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Support process owner to write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
  • Work with IT professionals to develop a solution that meets business requirements

Limited travel to [xxxxx]’s subsidiaries should be expected.

Problem solving & analytical skills



We are looking for a person who can figure out complex business solutions and who could be commercially innovative and propose new business solutions. You most likely have a commercial or business-oriented bachelor’s or master’s degree combined with some experience from the business. Perhaps you are a recent graduate but if you have some additional years of experience, we would also like to hear from you. Maybe you have worked on the customer side gaining experience from sales and commercial processes. Furthermore, you enjoy problem-solving while applying your analytical skills.
Finally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and good at preparing presentations are valued in this position.
