Accountant

ProData Consult is one of the largest independent IT-consultancies in the Nordic region within our segment. The company is headquartered in Copenhagen, DK, with branches at 10 different locations in Europe. We are expanding our Finance Team with an ambitious, business minded and motivated Accountant for our office in Warsaw.

You will be part of our accounting team in Warsaw, who responsible for accounting of our Norwegian, Swedish, Netherlands and German branch adding value by offering full-service solutions.

You will have a great influence on shaping your own working day and be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Bookeeping in general
• Providing salary data
• Monthly invoicing
• Participate in month close procedure
• Reconciliation
• Annual audit
• VAT reporting
• A/R follow up.
• Correspondence with clients and consultants
• Participate in development and overall optimization projects to support the continued growth in ProData Consult

We prefer you to have:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant education within accounting or similar
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience with bookkeeping
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and account payable/receivable principles
• Preferable knowledge in Scandinavian accounting law
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Experience in working with business clients
• Very experience in Microsoft Office preferably hands-on experience with excel spreadsheets and Navision
• Highly disciplined in working with data and systems

Experience in working with other Scandinavian and international departments as you will primarily be the responsible for our employee’s and our clients in Scandinavian.

You will work closely with HQ/Finance Department in Copenhagen DK along 7 other colleagues both Danish and Swedish, including the Finance Manager and the CFO. In Warsaw office you will join a team of 3 colleagues in Finance Department besides the other departments counting in approx. 60 employees in total. The whole group consist of approx. 150 employees based in six different countries.
