Randstad is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Business Accountant on behalf of our customer who is a production company in Vordingborg. You will be working closely with the Finance Manager and will hold a key position ensuring quality and timeliness with the daily, monthly and annual accounts.
You will provide financial support to your colleagues in Denmark and in the Nordics and will be in close contact with Finance colleagues outside Denmark.
• Debtor and creditor management including bookkeeping and payments
• Preparation of accounts
• Posting and controlling of inventory movements/production
• TAX, VAT and intrastate
• Reconciliations for monthly and annual accounts
• Controlling
• Assisting with budgeting
• Assisting with cash management
• Fixed assets
• Payroll
• Preparation for audit
• Ad hoc
You have thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, and you work efficiently and thoroughly to ensure quality and meet deadlines.
You have a self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently and within a team. You are solution- and detailed-oriented, structured and good at prioritizing.
You have a curious mindset and are open to learning new things. You take pride in your work, and you are positive and proactive.
• Min. 3 years of professional experience
• Experience from a production company is an advantage
• Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance with major in accounting or equivalent qualification
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowhow of MS office tools is an advantage (especially excel)
• Fluent Danish and English in writing and orally
• Experience with ERP system M3, reporting system FPM and Qliksence is an advantage
