New Bizz Account Manager, ProData Consult, Copenhagen based.
We are looking for a “go-getter”, sales hunter, lead tracker; “potato potato”. Essential is that you are motivated for winning, better sooner than later and doesn’t take “no” as a setback.
You probably recognize yourself in some or more of the following:
We are a leading player in the Nordics within delivery of high-end IT and Business consultants on “Time & Material” basis. As a group we, offer a wide range of benefits and services, including business and management consulting, vendor management services, managed services and nearshoring. We work with the best IT Specialist and have some of the most exciting clients!
We imagine that you would have some years of working within Account Management, New business sales and preferable with “sales” of consultants, temporary workers etc. However, we do have great colleagues on board who did not come with this particular experience but with the right mindset, fast learning and a winning attitude.
SO… maybe you come from other segments or other roles, but you know that this is a match, and you will tell us why.
What does it take to be successful as a New Bizz magician at ProData Consult?
You really like talking to people, and you are good at it. You are the person who just naturally find sync with others over the phone and in person. You listen in to their needs and you genuinely wants to help them with their IT challenges.
You are also the person who hands over the “farming” since maintaining and managing does not give you a kick. You kick in doors and leave them open for other trusted colleagues to ensure that relations will continue to be strong, built on the foundation that you made.

Running on my second year in ProData Consult coming from a whole other industry I have found my perfect Playground that 100% supports my hunting-personality. I did not have any experience in providing IT Specialist to Clients however my enthusiasm for winning (in general) has definitely been met. - Making outbound calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
- Qualify, convert and prioritize qualified leads and fine-tune potential/opportunity calculate to optimize prioritization.
- Work with the sales team to identify and quantify opportunities and perform research on accounts to help improve understanding of growth opportunities
- Proactively reach out (via calls/emails/video meetings) through prospect/lead lists
- Customers, lost customers, (potential) customers eligible under hunting license contracts with terms & conditions already in place
- Track activities, leads and opportunities in Hubspot – and either assign to responsible Account Manager or follow-up youself
