Sales & Service Agents for the Tour De France event

We have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you! Would you have fun participating in the historical Tour De France event this summer? We are searching for Sales & Service Agents to help us run our pop-up shops during Tour De France in the heart of Copenhagen between 26th of June till 02th of July. You will be working in a team of 4 employees with the goal of providing world class service and helping customers getting the right Tour De France merchandise.

There is no need to be a fan of cycling sports – at all. Your greatest task is to put on your biggest smile and provide the best service in a merchandise shop on an awesome location in central Copenhagen. It is not important with your age, social background nor job experience, but the right mindset will be sufficient to make you succeed in the role.

Dates:

Either you will be working from the

• 26/06-2022 till 02/07-2022 or from the
• 28/06-2022 till 01/07-2022

You will be:

• Giving a warm welcome to the visiting customers
• Making sure the customers are being guided towards getting the right Tour De France-merchandise
• Continuously making sure the shelves are restocked with products
• Managing the cash register, so the customer service runs smoothly, and customers are able to pay for their products

What do we expect from you?

• No experience, thus the right mindset and ambition to give the visiting customers the best customer experience
• Team spirit and a willingness to go all the way for your colleagues and customers
• Fluent english and danish, as you will be referring to an english speaking manager and serving danish customers
