Account Executive
- Own a territory within our mid-market sales team. Own the sales cycle from start to finish, your individual new business revenue number, and related forecasts. You’ll be given full reigns, as well as the guidance and mentorship of our Sales leaders.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle. Generate new meetings with potential customers through personalised outreach. Develop strategies and leverage pain points to close customers within your assigned territory.
- Influence, identify opportunities, and build pipeline. Generate your pipeline, build strong relationships, and close complex, net new deals in a collaborative, inquisitive, and empathetic way.
- Weave exceptional customer experience into our sales processes. Lead and collaborate with a go-to-market team. Work closely to help the business reach revenue goals and hit your quota. Guided by curiosity, you'll build and foster successful business relationships.
- Build a deep understanding of key prospect accounts. Channel your natural curiosity and empathetic style to gain a deeper understanding of your territory. You'll gain insight into your prospects' goals, challenges, and needs.
Qualifications
- You have experience with selling software as a service (SaaS). You have a successful and consistent track record in mid-market software sales, meeting or exceeding quota.
- You have experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from generating pipeline to articulating ROI in negotiations, to closing.
- In an ideal world, you have been in start-up or scale-up territory before. We’re looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, adapt and understand change within the evolution of a scale-up.
- English proficiency and another European language (C1 level) is an advantage.
