Sales Development Representative
- Responsible for outreach, prospecting and lead qualification through cold calling, emails and social networks.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Learn to understand customer requirements and identify potential matches with our platform.
- Be your own motivator, drive yourself towards success, and spot new and exciting ways to achieve your goals.
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods.
Qualifications
- You have experience from a similar role in sales, and working in a SaaS tech company.
- Ideally, knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
- Ideally, knowledge of LinkedIn, SalesNavigator, and other lead generation tools.
- You have a winning mentality and you are driven.
- You love the feeling you get when you reach your targets, and even better when you can say you’re a top performer.
- You are a people person and a team player. You love to communicate with all sorts of people, from your colleagues to C-level decision-makers at potential clients.
- You’re organised and responsible, and we can rely on you to run with a project and get it done.
- You are supportive and encouraging by nature, striving to be the best version of yourself and lift up those around you.
- You’re not afraid to take risks or face multiple rejections on the way to success.
- You are ambitious and want to make a difference where you work.
- You are eager to contribute to a positive and productive work environment, and grow your career in a top SaaS company.
- English proficiency and another European language (C1 level) is an advantage.
