In the context of backfilling, we are looking for a technically experienced and committed Precision Plus Sales Manager EMEA (m/f/d) in full or part time with immediate effect.

  • Develop, establish, and implement growth, territory, and account plans to drive business growth in line with market potential
  • Continuously improve customer service, ordering, and order tracking to make us a lean and easy-to-manage organization
  • Developing an empowered, results-oriented organization focused on customer value
  • Provide leadership, direction and inspiration to teams to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Gathering and assessing market intelligence and then providing it to the development teams, to ensure a good product pipeline that meets the needs of customers

You will be expected to be a master of proactive sales management, developing the various business channels and setting up plans to increase the customer's share of wallet as well as developing new ways to market. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within logistics, engineering, other regional colleagues and partners.

Convincing - your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering, or other technical specialization; relevant experience in the field will be considered
  • Willingness for professional development to be able to expand knowledge of products, systems, the market and the way the company works
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels, combined with excellent negotiation skills and enjoy working with various personalities
  • Proven track record of managing people with a high degree of empathy in enforcing company policies
  • although you are confident, you are open and reflective when forming opinions, able to take risks and act while analyzing the potential pitfalls of your actions
  • English language skills (min. B2), additional European language skills are an advantage
  • Experience in the service business for rotating machinery is an advantage
  • You choose your homebased location/office within Europe
