The position and tasks



The main task of this position is clear: You will be in charge of creating and maintaining strong relationships with Flügger’s professional customers across Denmark to build and sustain our position in the market.

In more detail the jobs involves:

  • Daily management and sparring with 14 sales consultants in the organization
  • Preparing business goals and activity plans in cooperation with the Country Manager
  • Ongoing implementation of pricing strategy
  • Follow-up on CRM system, ensuring that CRM is actively used in the team on a daily level
  • Identifying new and untapped business opportunities
  • Securing optimal collaboration between sales, customers and our stores
  • Recruitment and development of the professional sales organization
  • Spending time in the field with customers and your team on construction sites, painting companies etc.


Your palette



You are probably an experienced sales leader with a solid network within professional painters and contractors. You know what it takes to manage a team that is spread out geographically, and you are comfortable managing your customers by building a super engaged team of sales representatives. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and thrive when you are on the road with your team and your customers.

You will also see yourself in most of the below:

  • Competitive and always looking for ways to grow the business you represent
  • A true believer in the power of an engaged team where you set the direction
  • A good storyteller with a knack for value-selling and understanding of the entire value chain
  • Key Account Management experience – preferably within our industry our similar
  • Experience with CRM systems - we use “Hubspot”
  • Experience with contract negotiation
