Job description
You will be one of the key persons in field sales while also ensuring good customer care for our current and new customers of logistics, automation, and self-service products for libraries. You are passionate about creating results and building relationships, and you enjoy selling quality products as well as delivering a great customer experience.
You will report to the Senior Vice President, who is also managing our international sales team. Your new colleagues are all specialists with high professional expertise within their field.
Your responsibilities will include:
Independently seek out and service potential and current customers
Create new, direct sales opportunities within the target group
Consulting and servicing librarians, IT managers and library management
Preparation of customer-oriented offers and tender responses in local language
Registration of activities, opportunities, and maintenance of pipeline via CRM
Knowledge sharing and networking
The job involves travel activity and, depending on your residence, you should expect approximately 100 days.
Qualifications:
You have good experience in sales as well as maintenance of new and existing customers
You are self-motivated and able to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels
You are solution-oriented with a focus on the customer's needs
You have a technical flair, preferably combined with a commercial background
You are independent, structured and result-oriented
You have an open and trustworthy personality
You have good communication skills
You master one the German languages as well as English at business level.
