Are you ready to work with international e-commerce?


We need an Account Manager in our Global Account Management team in our office in Copenhagen!
MakesYouLocal helps webshops succeed abroad. We are welcoming many new ambitious clients and to make sure we have time to listen and understand their challenges as well as time to secure high-quality deliveries from our teams in Copenhagen and throughout Europe, we need to strengthen our Account Management team.

You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth co-operation between the client and our Operations-, Marketing- and Onboarding team. You will be facilitating onboarding meetings with new clients as well as status meetings with existing clients where you talk about performance, challenges and areas, where we can do better. It is also part of your job to spot new opportunities for our clients and help them take advantage of these using our broad range of services - or in other words, there is an element of sales in the job as well.
The foundation for doing this is a combination of personal skills but also relevant work experience in combination with a strong introduction programme prepared by your new colleagues.

What we expect from our next colleague


First of all, we are looking for people with the right attitude and for us, this means that you most days are happy and positive. That you are ready to step up when our customers need you and enjoy the freedom on days where they don’t. The job also requires experience in e-commerce and a genuine desire to help where you can make a difference for your colleagues and clients. On top of that we expect you:

  • to be able to speak and write fluently in English
  • to have a strong business understanding
  • to have experience within e-commerce
  • to have flair for IT
  • to have great interpersonal skills (outgoing, curious, empathic)

We are looking for a full-time employee and you will be working from our office in Copenhagen. Here you will find 80+ colleagues from more than 8 different countries all doing a great job helping our customers succeed abroad.
