Sales & Management Assistant

Are you a service-minded and structured sales assistant, who pays attention to detail and put effort into achieving consistent results of a high quality? Then you might be the new Sales & Management Assistant, we are looking for!

Our sales office Van der Voort Agenturen, a Pressalit Company, is looking for a new Sales & Management Assistant to provide timely and effective sales support. The job centralizes around securing a level of service both externally and internally, and this linking the customer closer to Pressalit. You will therefore play an important role in ensuring a profit generating sale in Pressalit.

Your primary tasks will include:

• Daily order processing according to established customer agreements
• Daily customer contact and sales support by phone and email; informing and advising about our product portfolio
• Answering telephone calls; handling customer enquiries directly or passing them on to an appropriate member of the sales team
• Coordinating and cooperating with Product Management, Marketing, Logistics, and the production
• Maintaining data in our CRM system in line with company guidelines and requirements
• Coordinating sales meeting and participating in these
• Managing projects leads, follow-up on projects in cooperation with external sales

Who are we looking for?

• You bring an educational level ranging from office to BA level, combined with some years of experience from a similar role within sales supporting and/or customer service
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and have solid English and French skills. Any knowledge of the Danish language will be a plus, but not a requirement
• You focus your efforts on achieving measurable results and improvements
• You have a natural ability to interact with many different people and effectively give information in a clear and more concise way
• You provide a high level of service for both internal and external customers and proactively plan and coordinate tasks to allocate the proper resources
