The tasks include


As a Senior Account Executive (SAE) there are two main responsibilities; the first is to know the client best - their strategy, goals and industry. The second is to be a project manager in leading the client team and resources of Aon in delivering value to the client when helping them reach their goals and handle their challenges.

This role is about


  • Serving as an advisor, consultant and a client advocate within Aon and maintaining relationships with clients. A proactive and business-focused approach is required and the ability to balance multiple results in a fast-paced environment while helping to expand the client relationship.
  • Being responsible for ensuring that within the portfolio, client service and client promise standards are met or exceeded–directly and indirectly with involvement of the Client Service Team.
  • Knowing the client best and knowing the capabilities and services of Aon when delivering those capabilities to the client.

Your background


As a member of our team, your experience, proficiencies and qualifications should be:

  • Five years or more of work experience from insurance-related duties in the field of responsibility for major industrial customers with operations in several countries. You might have worked as a Management Consultant, a Senior Account Executive, an Account Executive Director, a Project Manager, a Risk Manager or a Risk Officer.
  • Willingness to take ownership for building unique customer solutions and well developed skills in prioritizing. You have good problem solution skills, you value good teamwork while also tackling tasks independently.
  • A BSc. or MSc. degree, fluency in oral and written Danish and English, and knowing your way around the Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

As the service involves extensive customer contact with a focus on delivering high-quality services, it is important that you as a person are businesslike, customer-focused and result-oriented. You have developed skills in collaborating and forming relationships, both externally and internally.
