Photomate is a regional leader in the distribution of inverters for photovoltaics and electric energy storage systems. Our team of more than 50 employees is active in 15 European countries, and our headquarter is located in České Budějovice, Czech Republic with subsidiaries in Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia, Slovakia, Estonia, and Denmark (Scandinavian).
Photomate Scandinavia was established in March 2020 in Sønderborg, Denmark. As a result of our successful start, we are now rapidly expanding our activities and we are committed to become Scandinavia’s leading supplier of photovoltaic systems and electrical energy storage systems. Therefore, we are looking for our new colleague in Sønderborg.
You are efficient and enjoys working with technical administration assignments. Your main responsibility will include:
Furthermore, you will support between sales and logistics as well as having strong knowledge about CRM.
We expect you to be proactive, as you shall be good at building relations. You must have a good overview and be passionate about administrative tasks.
Furthermore, we expect that you have the following professional skills:
We imagine that you have a good understanding of sales support and administrative tasks and are driven to learn new systems.

The work location is in Sønderborg and you will work closely with the Scandinavian Manager and external colleagues in different countries. There is a possibility for remote work during the week.

- communication with clients and stakeholder management
- sales and marketing and support
- handling orders and customer complaints
- writing business letters
- back up local manager
- communication and coordinating with other departments to be able to support clients
- managing processes in ERP
Furthermore, you will support between sales and logistics as well as having strong knowledge about CRM.
We expect you to be proactive, as you shall be good at building relations. You must have a good overview and be passionate about administrative tasks.
Furthermore, we expect that you have the following professional skills:
- relevant administrative experience
- fluent in Danish and English (Scandinavian languages is a big plus)
- technical know-how
- knowledge/experience with ERP and CRM
- interest in/or experience in the solar industry
We imagine that you have a good understanding of sales support and administrative tasks and are driven to learn new systems.
