Do you want to have a key position coaching a highly skilled Nordic Sales team and driving sales plans within the field of Animal Health?

As Sales Manager Nordics, Pet Vet at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health Nordics, you will be responsible for the formalization and realization of sales plan in the Pet Vet unit, primarily for the prescription medicine segment targeted at animal health clinics.
Moreover, you will be the direct manager of a specialized sales team across the Nordic countries (DK, NO, SE). You will be responsible for all supervisor tasks, especially with a strong focus on coaching and developing the team and fostering collaboration between the disciplines within the business unit to achieve optimal sales and marketing.
With direct report to the Business Unit Manager Pets, Animal Health Nordics, you will focus on developing a strategic understanding of the business of how to improve the strategies for the customers by analyzing the market, related to segmentation, and targeting to optimize the process and create strategic and structured sales plans.
Your main tasks are:
Your qualifications are a minimum of 5 years working with the Nordic markets, with experience in Sales and/or Business Development activities and proven sales results related to complex products and sales channels, e.g., pharma. You have strong leadership and management skills and have experience with cross-border management of sales teams. Finally, you are fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages, both verbally and in writing, and have experience with CRM systems.
You have a degree within in a relevant field such as Sales, Marketing, etc., but most importantly, you have great experience from a similar position.
You are a person with general and natural leadership skills; you are a motivating and engaging team player with an emphatic management approach, acting as a great leader and listener to your surroundings. You have a commercial mindset and are a great communicator with the ability to adjust to context and adapt to organizational change and operational needs.

- Collaboration with both the Business Unit Manager and the Brand Managers within the Pets business unit in terms of alignment across organizational activities
