What you will do

Reporting to the Sales Director GM&N and collaborating closely with the Service Ops leaders, you will lead a team of Sales Managers, targeting the growth in L&M, Parts and Prime service sales. With a service revenue over $100m and 55 sales professionals, you will support the design and execution of GTM strategies and processes with a view to achieving service sales targets across all service lines of business. The role is focused on winning new service business by using our install base to target new customer acquisition, growing share-of-wallet and cross-selling additional products and services to new and existing customers.

How you will do it

  • Work closely with the GM&N Service Sales Managers by leading the service sales growth initiatives and taking ownership for direct activity on key market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong sales fundamentals to drive our growth strategies which include actions, metrics, tools, processes, and cadences across our service sales organization.
  • Support the ongoing development of our long-term growth strategies and lead execution of Go-To-Market plans, including the evolution of our digital and software service offerings.
  • Ensure full adoption of our value selling concepts, sales excellence processes and tools, ensure they are embedded and utilised consistently to the appropriate level of execution.
  • You will ensure we have productive and on-target service sales managers / sales professionals using relevant KPI’s, metrics, effective mentoring, and training to achieve required performance levels.
  • You will use the CRM Level 11 framework, tools, and processes to ensure mentoring is effectively focused on the needs of everyone in the team.
  • International travel will be required about 6 times per year to meet service sales leaders/managers.

What we look for

Essential

  • Experience in developing new business and ideally leading teams selling service contracts or similar.
  • Experience in field sales and in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship selling as well as planning, business development, opportunity, and pipeline management.
  • Proven ability to achieve channel objectives.

Preferred

  • Experience in developing new service contract acquisitions within service sales.
  • The ability to use salesforce.
