This is a unique opportunity if you want to be a key part in this transformation and be part of creating the future deas Group. The first building blocks are in place, and we are now looking for an awesome Partner Sales manager.

So raise your hand if you want to build partner sales and setting new standards for services and revenue streams in the real estate business.

What will you be doing?

You will become a part of a thriving team in Digital Ventures & Partnerships, consistent of some of the best colleagues. Together we will re-think how we live in our buildings, making lives more simple, flexible and sustainable for our tenants.

That’s why we are looking for someone who has the courage to bring their unique entrepreneurial growth mindset and co-build a new sales team in deas.

This means you will:

  • develop and manage a structured pipeline of customers and partners
  • daily sales and partner success activities boosting revenue and maintaining partners
  • identify opportunities in the market that fits perfectly into our 3rd party sales vision
  • build your own portfolio of key accounts
  • deliver input for sales and growth budget with a strong market foundation
  • deliver on those targets and proactively overcome obstacles occurring on the way
  • work in close collaboration with other sales and customer success departments in deas Group to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

This role will hybridize both outbound and inbound work, with primary focus on the outbound side.

Confident, proactive and goal-oriented, with a desire for making an impact

It’s key that you are enthusiastic about being a part of an agile company undergoing a rapid transformation. Furthermore, you are thrilled by the future and all its possibilities and are motivated by engaging others.

In addition, it would be cool if you have: 

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record
  • Ability to take on a multitude of tasks, assignments, and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Language: fluent in Danish and strong in English
  • Thrives in outbound sales
  • You are tech-savvy, and you are excited by technology and its influence on your daily life

Experience with public sector sales is an advantage but not a requirement
