Do you want to help secure clean water around the world? Are you able to motivate and incentivize sales reps to perform and meet their goals? Would you like to be a part of a global company whose overall purpose is Improving Living Conditions and Protecting the Environment? If so, you might be the Sales Support we are currently seeking for Filtralite®, a part of Leca International.

As the Sales Support for Leca International’s Filtralite® product range, a special filter media for the purification of water, you support the sales team so members can focus on their core activities. You are responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies used by the team, and you train, motivate, and inspire team members to meet their goals by offering feedback and incentives such as commissions or bonuses. Your assignments also include gathering data, preparing reports, monitoring competitors, and communicating with R&D about product development. Furthermore, you take over the administrative back-office for the Filtralite team and interface between Sales Managers and Legal Teams, Technical Teams, and Production. You follow up on public tenders, mainly in France, including submission and invoicing, and you report to the Head of Sales Filtralite.

Unique product with global impact

Developed 20 years ago in cooperation with technical institutes and water treatment experts, based on the lightweight and porous characteristics of Leca® Lightweight Aggregate (LWA), Filtralite® filter media offers innovative solutions to water facilities worldwide for physical filtration and biological treatment. Filtralite® allows for larger volumes of water to be filtered through the same volume as contact area is increased. Water management facilities can thereby increase their output without having to rebuild and expand existing facilities simply by replacing the conventional filtering media with Filtralite®. Filtralite® is a product range and registered trademark of Leca International which is part of the Saint-Gobain Group.

Energetic and structured person with natural authority

Your professional background includes experience in a CRM tool (preferably Superoffice) and the ability to turn a sales strategy into processes, automations, and systems. This is supplemented by your great communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Your theoretical education is preferably commercial or technical at bachelor’s or master’s level. You are good at planning and organizing and perseverant and structured in the way you work. You are fluent in English and French, both orally and written, and ideally also in Spanish.
