Serving in this role, you will be an integral part of the regional team responsible for accelerating the growth of sales and market penetration for the B&W Renewables products & services under a newly integrated leadership and organizational structure within Europe.

The Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for customer management and managing New Build and Aftermarket sales. This involves face-to-face visits with new/existing customers, providing expert knowledge of B&W’s solutions and services, and the ability to expand these products and services to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the technical aspects of B&W Renewable solutions and actively support the development and sales of these products.
  • Participate in development of go-to-market strategies.
  • Support marketing teams to promote brand recognition within the sales territory.
  • Develop and maintain key accounts relations and leverage existing network and market knowledge to position the company as a leading supplier of Waste to Energy and Biomass solutions.
  • Work closely with the Sales teams to develop bid strategies, guide proposal preparation, presentations and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s degree desired, with work experience within the Waste-to-Energy and/or Biomass sectors.
  • Background from engineering or other relevant technical background.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record in technical sales and business development.
  • Experience in selling and developing energy infrastructure projects.
  • Ability to effectively communicate across various levels of a global organization
  • Highly organized and diligent about completing tasks on-time and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of reporting deadlines and exhibit agility when necessary.
  • Able to motivate and manage team member across the organization.
