Milestone Systems is looking for a Channel Business Manager to serve the UAE Market. We are looking for someone who understands technology, is sales customer oriented and who knows how to add value to business partnerships. You have a personality where people remember your interactions and look for you specifically to help close a deal. You are a natural problem solver, can identify business challenges and opportunities and pull together the resources and turn them in to new revenue streams. In short you are a trusted advisor to the organizations you deal with; you solve their problems and create value for all involved

You will be based in Dubai, reporting to the Sales Manager Middle East.
Primary Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the agreed budget in your territory.
- Promoting and marketing Milestone System products and services within the assigned territory
- Building, driving, and deepening the relations with both Systems Integrators and Distributors.
- Stay always updated on our products and convey the technology to our partners and end customers
- Work closely with the Learning and Performance team in getting our channel certified
- Collaborating and aligning with KAM team, when engaging and working with large end users through our channels.
- Working with other team members, other UAE CBM, UAE ICMs, Solution Engineers to deliver and achieve the assigned territory yearly target.
- Reporting and documentation in CRM management tools such as Salesforce.
- Participating at events, seminars, and exhibitions
- Be liaison for the territory to the rest of the organization and vice versa.
- Owning the budget for your dedicated partners.
- Forecasting and planning on a weekly/monthly/Quarterly base.
- Living the Milestone core values of Reliability, Openness, Innovation, Flexibility and Independence and maintain the highest standard of professional behaviour and integrity
Qualifications
- Higher Education preferably with commercial focus and exposure to technical fields
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales in UAE is a must, preferably in the security industry
- Proven sales record and revenue growth driver skills
- Competent IT technical skills
- Fundamental commercial and technical knowledge of IT software and/or hardware
- A goal oriented, sales focused and self-confident profile
- Willingness to travel, work independently and closely monitor own goals
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ability to uphold organizational values and high moral standards
- Fluency in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage
