Pedestal is a new Danish design company specialising in stylish, functional accessories for flat screen TVs. Taking as our starting point a distinct design DNA, we supply a versatile and inspiring range of TV stands, wall mounts and accessories. Our target group comprises both private homes and companies, including hotels and conference venues. The digital development of recent years has given a huge boost to the sale of flat screens, opening up new opportunities on the market for accessories and furnishings for electronic devices.
Pedestal launched its first collection of products in May 2021, making a strong start in a market with appreciable scope for innovation. The company is experiencing increasing sales on its e- commerce sites, against which background it has optimised its product range for the wholesale, retail and contract segments.
The distinguishing features of the company are a unique concept, a committed, highly professional team, and a true passion for creating a singular brand. To support the company’s ambitions for international growth, Pedestal has secured the necessary financial backing to allow investment in sales and marketing initiatives.
An exciting opportunity to shape a company.
Pedestal is seeking a dedicated, focused person to establish and develop the company’s overarching sales activities in the Benelux Region. The goal is long-term growth through high- quality customer relations and durable commercial partnerships.
We expect applicants to have strong skills in structuring sales, combined with a thorough understanding of the workings of the company’s value chain. Excellent communicative skills in German are a precondition, and the capacity to apply a focused approach to developing and executing go-to-market activities is crucial. Experience with B2B sales would be an advantage.
Taking on a key role in the establishment of a new company requires a person who thrives on multifarious assignments, from servicing individual customers to working on general market strategies. An entrepreneurial mindset and a solid, hands-on mentality would be appreciated.

The position is based on working from home and will involve a significant amount of travel to the three markets. Onboarding, as well as regular status and sales meetings, will take place in Denmark.
