Senior Interviewer

Epinion is an international market research agency with teams of market research interviewers working in many airports throughout the world. We are currently looking for a Senior Interviewer to work at Heathrow Airport.

The Senior Interviewer:

• Is responsible for Training, monitoring, mentoring, and coaching the market research interviewers, to ensure the collection of high-quality research data throughout the team.
• Act as a key link between interviewers and supervisors.
• Undertake quality checks, to always maintain professional standards amongst the interviewing team, including adhering to code of conduct and personal appearance with uniform standards.
• To advise of, and where possible resolve issues.
• Interacting with passengers and people across Heathrow to complete Market Research interviews.
• To help undertake field management with Ad hoc projects, by briefing projects, maintaining quota sheets, ensuring correct shift numbers are entered and figures tally throughout the month.
• Maintaining the standard of one of the interviewer rooms.

Skills required:

• Previous Airport Market Research experience is essential
• Great communication skills
• A Team Player
• Extensive knowledge of airport layout is essential
• Adaptable

Required to work a minimum of 12 days a month with 4 weekend days. Days Monday to Sunday. Hours: Typically shifts between 5:00am – 23:00pm.
