What you will do
At Johnson Controls in Aarhus, Denmark, we are currently looking for a new Internal Sales Engineer, who will be responsible for supporting our Field Sales organization, and thus contribute to the continuous growth and development of the business.
Today, Johnson Controls leads the market within design, marketing, sale and service of refrigeration plants and heat pumps for industrial, marine, and offshore applications.
How you will do it
As our new Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for offering sales support to our customers and partners in a number of countries. You will be point-of-contact for your customers, and you will develop and maintain relations with different stakeholders, including your customers, partners, and our factory.
In this role, you will touch upon several aspects of the sales process, including preliminary research and support, quotations, design specifications, participation in customer meetings and consultations. Moreover, you will apply your technical insight into calculation and design of optimal solutions in collaboration with your customers.

What we look for
Required
- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Most important qualification is a technical mindset that enables you to understand, advice and support your customers regarding their technical needs
- Skilled negotiator and communicator, and you speak and write English fluently
Preferred
- Experience from the refrigeration/heat pump business
- You thrive in an independent role, but you also appreciate and understand the value of teamwork
