We’re looking for a Manager of International Distributor Sales to join the team at TinyMobileRobots.
As the Manager of International Distributor Sales at TinyMobileRobots, you will be responsible for sales of autonomous athletic field painting robots to distributors across countries. At TinyMobileRobots are the global market-leading company in mobile robots and specialize in two niche segments: Sport Fields Robots and Surveyor Robots for e.g., soccer and American football sports clubs. Our robots are built with advanced robotics software with AI and high-precision technologies, and we are focusing on making a significant green impact on consumption and reuse with the models.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the CCO and play a vital part in optimising and developing new and established cooperations and distributors worldwide. Your primary focus will be to ensure the proper distributor set-up in assigned countries, and you will work solely with distributor sales. TinyMobileRobots has an ambitious growth agenda, and you will be responsible for growing sales within your territory. This requires close cooperation with distributors to ensure TinyMobileRobots’ exposure to end-customers.
Your main tasks are:
Your qualifications are based on a solid track record with BtB sales of technical products or services,and preferably experience within distributor sales. Furthermore, you have experience with onsite demonstration and know-how within pipeline management, developing different sales activities, and planning, executing, and driving leads and revenue from various technical trade exhibitions.
You are a compelling and natural negotiator and networker with a demonstrated ability to build networks and relationships. You have a commercial mindset with some technical insight.
As a person, you are sales and performance-driven, structured, and ambitious. It is advantageous if you are interested in sports since you will sell to professional and amateur sports clubs worldwide.
Travelling: You will have to expect 60-80 travelling days per year.
Domicile: Driving distance to Malling.

- Creating and reviewing sales plans for assigned territories
- Securing and developing new leads, and identifying, nurturing, and leveraging non-traditional lead sources
- Conducting onsite product demonstration and training of end-customers in cooperation with distributors
- Understanding, maintaining, and staying updated on aspects across types of sports fields and tools used for field maintenance and general knowledge about trends in the market, customer needs, and competition
