Sales Administrator

Can you provide excellent customer service, whilst supporting our field-based sales consultants in the UK? And do you have a knack for ensuring that processes run smoothly? Then you might be our new Sales Administrator for our office in Reading!

Pressalit is a Danish manufacturer of stylish, award winning, accessible bathroom and kitchen solutions; we also make high quality toilet seats. Our ambition is to contribute to a better and more independent life for people with physical disabilities and their caregivers. This means that in many instances, we supply adjustable bathroom and kitchen products that adapt to different user requirements.

As our new Sales Administrator, you will become part of a three-person team in our UK sales office based in Green Park in Reading. Our main responsibilities lie within customer service, outbound sales support and assisting our field-based sales consultants in the UK.

Areas of responsibility
Your most important task will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and to conduct telemarketing tasks that will engage with potential or new customers.

You will also help find the answers to a variety of requests and your primary tasks will include:

• Order processing, customer support and handling various customer enquiries.
• Telemarketing i.e., contacting potential customers and making appointments for the sales team.
• Maintaining data in our CRM system and other various sales support tasks.
• Depending on your profile, you will have opportunities to work with social media and engaging with appropriate stakeholders through LinkedIn and other platforms.

Who are you?

• You have experience with administrative tasks related to sales and sales support.
• You know the importance of good customer service.
• Your educational background can be within sales and/or service.

As a person, you are a good at communicating and building relations. You are proactive, take initiative and you are not afraid to reach out to potential customers. In addition, you approach tasks in a structured manner, and you are good at considering the customers’ needs and catering to them.
