The annual on-target earnings for this position range from $52,000 to $79,995 with most candidates falling in the $65,000 to $72,000 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 10 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance. Your main responsibility will be
- To secure high-quality lead qualification of incoming leads (from events and website) and distribute these to your sales colleagues in the region
What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis
- Prospecting, researching, and identifying new leads by using a variety of approaches
- While you won't have face-to-face customer interactions, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers over the phone, building relationships and providing valuable insights.
- Moving prospects through the top of the sales funnel by setting appointments with the sales team.
- Identifying key decision makers within these prospects.
- Engaging proactively with and coordinating with the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
- Capturing all relevant information in Salesforce with strong attention to detail.
- Managing the team inbox to answer and route inquiries to the appropriate team
What we imagine the ideal candidate profile to look like
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- Minimum 1-year sales experience. Sales experience can be diverse and acquired from various sources, if you have experience with outbound phone calls it is an additional advantage
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal with Spanish a plus!
- Experience with SalesForce is an advantage
