Your new job

We can offer you an exciting and dynamic role focusing on profitable growth. Here you will be a key contributor in building our organization in the Nordics, where we help each other move forward with high ambitions. Support and good advice are always close at hand in our central matrix organization, as well as in the line organization.

The sales initiatives will initially focus on Sweden but will shortly expand to the Nordic market with varying contract values up to multi-million sums. The contracts are varied, complex, and often unique for the specific project.

Your main responsibilities

  • Drive sales through dedicated work throughout the whole sales process, from initial customer contact to confirmed order/contract and completed handover to the delivery organization
  • Lead sales activities and drive engagement within the sales organization
  • Manage budget and forecast regarding order entry for the sales organization
  • Actively participate in business improvement initiatives when needed

Geographical placement for the role is determined upon candidate preferences. Travel throughout the Nordics occurs as a natural part of the role.

We are looking for you who

  • Has senior sales experience from similar roles within the automation industry or similar technical area
  • Has a technical education or equivalent experience to fully understand the automation solutions that the organization delivers
  • Can deliver world-class projects based on market and customer needs
  • Has good English and Swedish skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are meritorious
  • Experience from complex international business is meritorious
