JOB TITLE: SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

As a sales support specialist at Cam Cam Copenhagen, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team, in achieving our goals and provide exceptional service to our valued customers. You will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks that enable the sales team to focus on building long-term customer relationships and growing sales. Your attention to detail, organization and communication skills are essential to success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to data entry, document preparation and maintaining accurate records.
  • B2B customer onboarding and responsibility of administrative tasks for selected key accounts.
  • Daily communication with key accounts, working with their purchase templates in Excel and maintaining customer´s ERP system to add product data and fulfil the purchase orders.
  • Daily administration of our B2B platform.
  • Assist in creating and managing sales orders, invoices, and credit notes in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Handle claims on a daily basis via the claim platform, Claimlane.
  • Responsibility for the product master data needed for the Sales team and B2B customers.
  • Communicate with customers and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and the logistics team, to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, email management and other tasks as needed.
  • Responsibility for supporting the French market plus other key accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven excellence in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience working with consumer goods.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Fluent in English and preferably French.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
