Regional Sales Representative with industry knowledge
Meson Group has great potential to expand in the Norwegian market and is, therefore, seeking a competent Regional Sales Representative to unlock this potential.
You will contribute to the company's growth by establishing new customer relationships while nurturing and expanding the existing customer portfolio. This sales role is built on expertise and revolves around establishing trusted relationships with customers. In general you will report to Ulf Isacson, CSO Meson AB, but on daily basis you work closely with the General Manager, Ove Sandnes, in Ulsteinvik.
Experienced B2B salesperson with a winning attitude
We expect an outgoing person who has 3-5 years of experience as a salesperson in technical B2B sales, and someone who can demonstrate solid results. It is an advantage if you have experience in the marine sector or in sales of valves and actuators.
You have a strategic mindset while being action oriented. In addition, you have the drive to achieve success. It is expected that you do what it takes to meet the budget without compromising Meson Group's overall sales strategy. At the same time, it is important that you actively seek new customers. Your ability to maintain and grow existing customer relationships is equally as important.
Preferably, you can process orders, create proposals and update leads and opportunities in the CRM system. However, you will receive support from your Norwegian colleagues and work closely with the head office in Sweden, and the other offices around the world.
