Key responsibilities


In this role you will be responsible for the commercial and selling activities related to Direct Transport. Reporting to the Head of Direct Sales, in the role of Direct Transport Sales Manager you will to ensure the accomplishment of the sales targets and drive the Direct Transport segment sales expertise to optimize team results.

This position can be based in any of our major offices in the Nordics: Aarhus, Göteborg, Oslo or Helsinki.

In the role of Sales Manager you will:

  • Lead and set direction for the sales team according to budget – both on delivering ocean volume and growing revenue and optimizing profits

  • Coach and drive sales team to sell and grow non-ocean activities including supply chain and local products

  • Define and set targets for sales incentives together with Sales FBP

  • Actively monitor local NPS with the segment and drive local improvement to improve customer satisfaction

  • Manage stakeholders across the area, region and global functions

  • Build and develop a best in class sales team
