Your position
In your new position as Sales Manager in the Oil & Gas division, you will join our passionate and highly skilled Corporate Sales Team, where you will take part in our business' ambitious growth strategy. You will refer directly to the Director of Consulting Services and be a key player in developing and executing the business strategy within the Consulting Service business area. Above all, your work will make a real change for the global energy sector.
Your place of work will be either our location in Esbjerg by the seafront or in our Ballerup office based on your convenience. The position is full-time, and you should expect up 20-40 travel days annually for work.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with Sales colleagues, Project managers, Engineers and the Tender team to combine your extensive background and network to help us match highly skilled and motivated consultants with long- and short-term projects.

- Improving our market position within consulting sales and services mainly in Denmark
- Developing and maintaining strong and close relations with clients
- Preparing and executing sales plans
- Taking part in our strategic growth strategy and sales management plan
- Reviewing tender material and preparing offers on tenders
- Giving input to budget and strategy objectives
Your profile & qualifications
As a person, you are a motivated and solution-oriented sales professional who is highly self-driven and wants to engage in and work as part of a team. You excel at establishing great personal and professional relationships with your colleagues and customers and thrive in a dynamic environment where your proactive approach contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Experience with sales within the consultancy value chain
- Strong sales background, preferably with experience in the technical consulting industry
- Experience with green fuels like hydrogen, ammonia, SAF etc. is a plus
- Focus on commercial activities and customer needs
- Customers see you as a valuable, inspiring, and trustworthy partner
- Strategically, you have the ability to quickly capture market trends and customer needs, and you find it easy to transform your thoughts and ideas into action
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, and you can establish relationships based on trust and close cooperation
