Regional Sales Manager – Wholesale & Contract Germany

To strengthen our DACH team, we are looking for a Sales Manager for both Wholesale and Contract located in Baden Württemberg, who will report to Head of Sales Contract DACH. You should live in Stuttgart, Germany and have a very good network in the architecture / design scene. You will together with our Head of Sales Contract DACH be responsible for implementing our strategy and coordinate local adjustments.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and grow accounts in the local market to reach our sales targets for your region
  • Structured development and maintenance of our network of wholesales and contract partners
  • End-to-end ownership of deals from initial contact to negotiation of terms and closing
  • Sell-in and implementation of in-store solutions / new products
  • Collaborate with internal teams and your sales colleagues to reach our overall growth objectives
  • Training of sales personnel

Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Sales or Key Account Manager in both contract and wholesale functions, ideally in the German furniture/design market
  • Ability to act independently, self-driven and results-oriented
  • Mature, credible, and comfortable in presenting in a professional environment on all levels
  • Strong negotiating and closing skills, paired with effective time management
  • Understands and speaks German and English
