Do you enjoy establishing and administering procedures around contracts and subscriptions as well as communicating across borders? Maersk Container Industry (MCI) is looking for a Sales Support and Subscription Specialist for our HQ in Tinglev.
As world leaders in refrigerated container technology, we are pioneering the latest developments in real-time tracking and energy reduction. Alongside our class-leading reefer and cold chain solutions, we are driving the global promotion of our innovative Sekstant® reefer connectivity and cargo-monitoring software. The software is managed through subscriptions which require a smooth process to ensure that the customers’ experience is a happy one. Further, you will play an important role within our Sales Process and CRM Team and provide valuable support to the key account managers.

As our new colleague, you will be part of our engaged sales support team reporting to the Head of Sales Process and CRM. This is an internal sales support function involving coordination with colleagues within the group and our global customer base.
As Sales Support and Subscription Specialist, your responsibilities are:
• Subscription Management (Sekstant subscriptions & licenses)
• Administration of orders, invoicing, and contracts
• Maintain and improve processes/systems around Sekstant sub-scriptions
• Systemize and structure our warranty offerings
• Updating ERP and CRM systems and ensuring alignment with transactions
• Coordination with colleagues within the group and our global customer base
• Support to our Key Account Managers
You have a profound knowledge within administrative routines, sales support tasks and ideally also a good expertise on subscription (or contract) management and ERP or CRM solutions. You have gained your experiences through a relevant educational background and experience from a similar position.
You can navigate easily in IT programs, such as ERP and CRM systems. You enjoy administering subscriptions and contracts and you have a commercial flair. Fluent English skills are required. Danish and/or “Sønderjysk” is an advantage ; )
On a personal level you are structured, detailed, and aware about quality. Patience and reliability matter to you just as much as good communication and being team oriented.
