Then you might be the one we are looking for to lead our Sales Performance team. An exciting role, where you will have broad interaction with the Organization and significant impact on our daily results.
You will become the Manager of an ambitious team working to provide with all the needed information and data to plan and execute the strategy across the business, based on analytical insights, designing our commercial plans in consultation with our Commercial Director and Regional Managers. As a Manager for our Sales Performance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that business-critical reports and analyses are prepared, to create a solid decision-making basis for Commercial Sales initiatives. In this role, you will have extensive interaction and collaboration with stakeholders across the entire business, and report directly to our Commercial Director. You are given the overall responsibility for all planning, so it's expected that you have a good understanding of the business and are accustomed to transforming analyses into business insights.

The Role
You will become the Manager of an ambitious team working to provide with all the needed information and data to plan and execute the strategy across the business, based on analytical insights, designing our commercial plans in consultation with our Commercial Director and Regional Managers. As a Manager for our Sales Performance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that business-critical reports and analyses are prepared, to create a solid decision-making basis for Commercial Sales initiatives. In this role, you will have extensive interaction and collaboration with stakeholders across the entire business, and report directly to our Commercial Director. You are given the overall responsibility for all planning, so it's expected that you have a good understanding of the business and are accustomed to transforming analyses into business insights.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the team to create visual reports for the Company's Sales Management.
- Short-term operational planning including daily and weekly activities to provide inputs for improving opportunities in our sales Organization.
- Monthly preparation of commercial plans for all commercial channels.
- Preparing decision proposals and presentations for the Company's Management team based on analytical work.
- Ensuring the correct basis for payouts to the entire sales organization.
- Responsibility for various projects and business cases.
- Daily management of the team, including team performances and results (KPIs), and ensuring the development of each team member.
Your profile
You will be part of an Organization in constant change. You thrive in a performance-driven environment, can prioritize your tasks and maintain an objective overview. Additionally, it is crucial that you are proactive and find it natural to challenge the business with alternative solutions. At the same time, you are structured and see an importance in following through on your daily work.
Furthermore:
- You have a higher education, e.g., in business, economics, finance, engineering.
- You have 2-3 years of experience e.g. in the consulting industry or a similar position in an analytical department.
- You have experience in translating analyses into commercial insight.
- You work in a structured manner and are accustomed to keeping an overview in pressured situations.
- You master Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level and are familiar with other Microsoft tools such as Power BI.
