Join a growing team of energy conserving sales enthusiasts
Based near our Brøndby (Copenhagen) office, you become part of our Commercial Building Services (CBS) Aftermarket Sales team. Here, we concentrate on the aftersales market, helping users of Grundfos pumps bring down their energy consumption through our service-related offerings.
Your team is spread across Northwest Europe, but you will have local Sales colleagues working alongside you.

Enable customers unlock energy savings
In the role of our new Aftermarket Sales Engineer, you will dedicate much of your time to on-site interactions with customers across Denmark, providing insights into how new digital surveillance and mobility platforms could enhance the performance of their Grundfos pumps.
You will primarily be interacting with existing Grundfos customers – i.e. end users, such as energy managers and maintenance managers in large commercial buildings – but you will also be looking to generate new business opportunities.
Supporting your customers you promote and sell service offerings such as service contracts, spare parts, energy check/pump audits, etc. Moreover, you:
Present parts and service quotations to new and existing customers and follow up on quotations and service reports through a consultative selling approach with technical support
Follow up on the replaceable pump market
Work closely with internal partners to maximise customer satisfaction and ensure sufficient follow-up on existing customers on issues such as sales orders, deliveries and debt collection
Assist with customer training, networking seminars and trade shows
Update and maintain the service team SAP CRM database
Sales-oriented profile with a background in engineering
With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to build relationships and interact with people at all levels of an organization. And of course, you make good use of your negotiation and presentation skills as well as your comprehensive technical knowledge when interacting with customers.
You are eager to explore new business areas and adapt easily to change.

Likewise, we imagine that you:
Have a background in engineering and solid experience with sales
Have experience within service, project management or production preferably from the pump industry
Have knowledge of digitally connected devices and ideally understand the wider value behind an efficient, optimised pumping system
Know how to handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and consistently meet deadlines
Are in possession of a valid driving license
Speak and write English fluently
