We are experiencing rapid growth and are therefore looking for a Sales Manager - India to strengthen our local presence further. The position reports to the Regional Lead Sales Manager.

You should live in the Bangalore area and have a very good network in this region. Therefore, you should have around 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. You will together with our Regional Lead and Director APMEA be responsible for implementing our strategy and coordinate local adjustments.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and grow accounts in the local market to reach our sales targets for your region

  • Structured development and maintenance of our AD, dealer and contract partner networks

  • Sell-in and implementation of in-store solutions, as well as novelties

  • End-to-end ownership of deals from initial contact to negotiation of terms and closing

  • Collaborate with internal teams and your sales colleagues to reach our overall growth objectives

  • Training of sales personnel


Your profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of as Sales or Key Account Manager, ideally in the Indian contract furniture market (or experience from adjacent roles in architecture / design)

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or similar preferred

  • Ability to act independently, self-driven and results-oriented

  • Mature, credible, and comfortable in presenting in a professional environment on all levels

  • Strong negotiating and closing skills, paired with effective time management

  • Professional level of English, verbal and written

  • Ability to travel away from home, with the occurrence of odd hours
